Where we ship

We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. All orders are dispatched from within India, so there are no customs duties or extra charges on delivery.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A small shipping fee, shown at checkout, applies to orders below that amount.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Metro cities: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: typically 4–7 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather or courier delays.

Cash on delivery

COD is available on most pin codes. A COD fee, if any, is shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by WhatsApp and email.

Damaged or tampered parcels

If the outer packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse the parcel or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
